Cancellations

> Low Season Cancellation's - See property rate sheet for applicable dates A fee of 1 night‟s accommodation (at the nightly pro-rata contracted rate) will be imposed for cancellations, property changes or date amendments made within 72 hours of arrival date.

> Where the Property is holding a reservation and the guest fails to arrive by 12.00 midnight on the scheduled check-in date, the guest will be classified as a „no show‟. „No shows‟ and „Early Departures‟ will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 100% of booked nights and the reservation will be cancelled.

Check-in and Check-out
Standard Check In – 2pm Standard Check Out – 10am
Late departures up to 2pm are possible, subject to availability and at a charge of 50% of the daily contracted room rate. With departures after 2pm, the full daily contracted room rate will apply. Late checkout should be requested at the time of reservations.

> Children 3 – 12 years of age inclusive Infant 0 – 2 years inclusive.
> Children/Infants 0 – 12 years of age sharing the room with their parents are free of charge, if using existing bedding and not exceeding the maximum room type occupancy.

Unaccompanied Minors
> All clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian or an individual over the age of 18, the property has the right to refuse any booking, when the legal guardian over 18 cannot provide current photo ID if requested on check-in.
