GITPACKAGE Consumer Purchase Agreement &
GITPACKAGE Consumer refund policy
Please read the GITPACKAGE Consumer Purchase Terms (the Consumer Purchase Terms) carefully to ensure that you are fully aware of your rights and our obligations to you when making a booking via the G Trip website, which is displayed at www.GITPACKAGE.com (the Website).
A consumer is a natural person who makes a booking. Where a consumer makes a booking for 20 participants or more, then the booking will be classed as a Group Booking. Where a consumer makes a booking and any part of the booking exceeds GITPACKAGE’s display inventory, then the booking will be classed as an Out of Inventory Booking. The GITPACKAGE Business Purchase Terms apply to Group Bookings and Out of Inventory Bookings.
When a booking is not a Group Booking or Out of Inventory Booking, it will be a Standard Booking. Reference to Booking Participants refers to those participants of a Standard Booking.
Your completion and submission of your Standard Booking signifies your agreement to be bound by the Consumer Purchase Terms, which constitute an agreement between G Trip Express Pty Ltd ACN 151 140 135 (GITPACKAGE) and you. By agreeing to the Consumer Purchase Terms, you acknowledge that all Booking Participants agree to be bound by similar terms. Any variation of the Consumer Purchase Terms must be in writing and signed by a representative of GITPACKAGE.
You also understand that to the extent permitted by applicable law, the Website may amend the Consumer Purchase Terms without prior notice to you at any time by posting a revised version on the Website. Any revisions to the Consumer Purchase Terms will take effect when posted on the Website unless otherwise stated. If the revised version includes a substantial change, the Website will provide you with 30 days' prior notice of any substantial change by sending you an email. Your continued use of the Website or the Website services after the effective date of a revised version of the Consumer Purchase Terms constitutes your acceptance of its terms and agreement to be bound by its terms.
By making a Standard Booking, you acknowledge and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, and agree to be bound by the Consumer Purchase Terms.
We provide various travel related service information on behalf of third party travel service suppliers (Suppliers). Our obligation is to provide a platform on which you can make travel bookings.
The person making a Standard Booking via the Website will be deemed to have accepted the Consumer Purchase Terms on behalf of the persons or business entities named in the booking form (if different from the person making payment).
You must provide full and accurate personal details at the time of making your booking or purchase. You may be required to provide additional details upon request.
All participants of a Standard Booking must be at least 18 years of age.
You will be required to pay in full for your Standard Booking at the time of booking or purchase.

All prices are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to vary or withdraw the prices displayed on the Website from time to time and without notice to you. By agreeing to and accepting the Consumer Purchase Terms, you also agree to the terms of the each supplier (store) refund policy (if applicable) or GITPACKAGE Customer Refund Policy (if supplier does not have a refund policy on its own).
Once you make a booking to the supplier via GITPACKAGE, it will become supplier’s sole responsibility to process the booking. GITPACKAGE is not responsible and have no obligations for any processing of Bookings.
GITPACKAGE retains the right to remove a Booking Participant from participating in a Standard Booking for reasons that impact on the enjoyment or safety of other Booking Participants, such as, but not limited to, a Booking Participant’s physical, medical or mental inability to undertake the arrangements of the tour, unsocial or unruly behaviour, or the carriage of prohibited substances and materials.
There may be circumstances beyond our control that require us to change a Standard Booking. We reserve the right to change a Standard Booking, and will endeavour to inform you of any change as soon as reasonably possible.

After Commencement of Standard Booking
We strongly recommend Booking Participants travel with emergency funds in the event that a Standard Booking is changed after commencement of the Standard Booking. We will not be responsible for any incidental expenses incurred as a result of a change of the Standard Booking.
We act as an agent only. No partnership, joint venture, employee-employer or franchisor-franchisee relationship is intended to be created between you and us by the Consumer Purchase Terms. We do not make or give any warranty or representation regarding the standard of the Suppliers’ services.
