Go Ride A Wave is Australia’s Favourite Surf School and is the largest and most professional surf school in Australia with operations on the Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast and Great Ocean Road. With 30 years of experience, highly qualified instructors (who are also Surf Life Savers), soft beginner surf boards and lessons held in waist deep water, anyone can try surfing and return home with photos to prove how exciting, fun and safe it is.
Lessons include the use of a soft beginner surfboard and a long sleeve sun shirt or wetsuit and 2 hours of quality instruction.

Maximum Ratio is 1 Instructor to 7 students but is usually better.
For any customers who are nervous in the water we begin with 1 on 1 where the instructor is helping individuals for the first few waves until they build their confidence to try on their own with the instructor nearby to help if needed.
What you need to bring
Towel, Bathers/Boardshorts, Water to drink, Hat and Sunglasses, Camera
Meeting point: We meet in the car park at Beach Access No 11, at the river mouth end of Hastings Street in Noosa Heads.
As you turn into Noosa Drive head to the famous Hasting Street , at Hasting Street round-about turn left, heading towards the spit, go past all the shops. We park our trailer at Beach Access Track 11, It is the 7th car park once you get to the end of Hasting Street and enter the Noosa Woods. We have a big white trailer with a massive Go Ride A Wave logo on it. We will meet you there 10 mins prior to the start of the class.
