No refund and amendment will be made once a purchase is made as this package / product is for promotion only.
Where the Property is holding a reservation and the guest fails to arrive by 12:00 midnight on the scheduled check-in date, the guest will be classified as a "no show". "No Shows" and "Early Departures" will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 100% of booked nights and the reservation will be cancelled.

Standard Check-In - 2 pm; Standard Check-Out - 10 am
Late departures up to 2 pm are possible, subject to availability and at a charge of 50% of the daily contracted room rate. With departures after 2 pm, the full daily contracted room rate will apply. Late check-out should be requested at the time of reservations.
>Children 3 - 12 years of age inclusive; Infant 0 -2 years of age inclusive
>Children / Infants 0 - 12 years of age sharing the room with their parents are free of charge, if using existing bedding and not exceeding the maximum room type occupancy.
Unaccompanied Minors:
>All Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent / guardian or an individual over the age of 18, the Property has the right to refuse any booking, when the legal guardian over 18 cannot provide current photo ID if requested on check-in.
