Getting There:
Please meet at Mercure Resort at Hunter Valley Gardens.


Need to know Info:
• Wear hiking style clothing and bring a hat. Sturdy shoes are recommended. Please bring sunglasses, a cap and sunscreen. Ladies, no skirts or high heels please!
• We take off just around sunrise, when the air is calm and stable.
Meeting time is usually 45 minutes to one hour before dawn. The exact time will be given to you when you call in for your weather check the evening before the flight
• Photos can be purchased on the day for extra charge
• Min. age for child is 4 years
• As ballooning is weather dependent, we ask all passengers to call our Flight Confirmation Line - 02 4991 7533 - between 6:30-7:00pm the night before you are scheduled to fly. There will be a message confirming the status of your flight depending upon the latest weather forecast.

Weight Restrictions and Charges:

Any client weighing 95kg or more must be assessed by our Drop Zone Safety Officer on site to determine safety issues due to harness size restrictions and weather conditions. Weight charges payable on arrival:
95kg ‐ 104.9kg = $50
105kg and above = $75
110kg and above requires on site assessment
