Booking and Terms and conditions:
1. The above special itinerary is booked with a minimum of 2 people, and a single room difference is required for single travel. Please refer to the ticket voucher for the time and location of the itinerary departure and pick-up.
2. For children 0-12 years old, free of charge (no breakfast) if they don’t occupy a bed, breakfast box is extra $10 per box.
If children 0-2 years old do not occupy a bed, the whole journey is free; 3 years old and under 4 years old do not occupy a bed, and the airport shuttle is required to pay nett$18, the trip is free; (4-12 years old) choose not to occupy a bed, the child fee is nett$210 Includes a daily breakfast box, round-trip airport transfers and a day trip to the Great Barrier Reef, and a half-day trip to Whitehaven Beach.
If the child:If you choose to occupy a bed if you are over 3 years old and under 4 years old, the child's price is based on the adult price (depending on how many people are traveling together), and then nett $353 is subtracted from the travel difference between the adult and the child;(4-12 years old) If you choose to occupy a bed, the child's price will first be based on the adult price (depending on how many people are traveling together), and then subtract the nett $200 between the adult and the child's itinerary difference;(13-14 years old) must occupy a bed, and the child fee is based on the adult price (depending on how many people are traveling together), and then subtract the travel difference between the adult and the child $200 If you are 15 years old and above, the fee is equivalent to the adult price.

4. This package is a special itinerary. Cancellation within 7 days before check-in is non-refundable. If the itinerary is cancelled by the itinerary company, the refund of the itinerary company shall prevail.
5. Full payment is required 14 days before departure
6. For group bookings of 4 apartments and above, the first night’s fee is required as a deposit. Cancellation 30 days before check-in will be charged for one night, and cancellation 14 days before check-in will be charged for two nights. No refund within 7 days, FIT orders 1-3 apartments, the total loss will be cancelled within 7 days before check-in.
7. Please know the following three pieces of information before ordering. The front desk of the resort is open from 8:30am to 18:00pm every day. For emergencies outside of the front desk hours, please contact the on-site manager at 0749481940. For guests who will check in after 18:00pm, please check " Steps for self check-in after 6pm"
8. Because all room types in the resort are self-catering apartments, you can enjoy a full cleaning service once for a stay of 4 nights (on the fourth day of stay), such as If you need a full cleaning every day, an additional fee will be charged (for example: guests who order 3 nights or less do not include a full cleaning service, but the bath towels can be cleaned with the washing machine and dryer in the apartment, or go to the front desk to get new bath towels and toiletries for free.
