In order for users to view bookings, click on PACKAGES on the top of the site between FAQ and COMPANY.

- In Package, select BOOKINGS

FOR SUPPLIERS

  1. Search by CONSUMERS. Use drop-down tab and search booking by selecting the package where it was booked.
  2. Search by GROUP REFERENCE NUMBER. You may type in the reference code of the booking and click on the search bottom.
  3. Search by CONFIRMATION CODE.You may type in the confirmation code of the booking and click on the search bottom.(For "Approved" and "Completed"only)

FOR CONSUMERS

  1. Search by PACKAGE. Use dropdown tab and search booking by selecting the package where it was booked.
  2. Search by REFERENCE. You may type in the reference code of the booking and click on the search button.
  3. Search by CONFIRMATION CODE.You may type in the confirmation code of the booking and click on the search bottom. 

 

The icon  view VIEW will let each of your bookings.

On the top of the page click PACKAGES

-In Package, select BOOKINGS

  • Click on BOOKINGS and search for the Package Booking to be cancelled.  
  • Click on X action to cancel desired booking
  • Fill in REMARKS with reason why booking has been cancelled and click CANCEL IT to complete cancellation process. The system will deny the cancellation process if REMARKS field is empty.

When making a booking, click on PACKAGES on the top of the page. By doing this, system will direct you to the page where you’re given an option to choose desired package for you to book. You may start browsing each package and book.

  • You may click  to VIEW package information.
  • Click on  to BOOK desired package.
  • Fill in online booking page. Enter required fields
  • Click on PREVIEW to review your booking.
  • Click SAVE to complete online booking.

Login to user account and go to PACKAGES.

In Packages, click on bookings. Search for the booking that needs amendment.

You may click on AMEND ICON to update the booking that needs amendment.

 You may amend the following:

  • Date and Time
  • Pax Details
  • Remarks

Login to account and go to PACKAGES

- In Packages, select Bookings

-Once on Bookings page, search for the booking that you want to add Guest list.

- Open the booking you want to add guest list.

- On the booking form page, under PAX Details, you can see the GUEST LIST

- Click on UPDATE GUEST LIST icon beside the Print icon.

- Fill up Guest list online form. If there's an extra pax travelling, click on ADD GUEST to add extra pax in room.

- Click SAVE to complete the process.

Login to your account and click on COMPANY located on the top of the page.

- Inside Company, click on CREDIT FACILITIES

- Click on VIEW to display all your transactions and payment.

Once client are done making a booking, system will give them the options PAY NOW (AMOUNT) |  USE CREDIT CARD

- Select USE CREDIT CARD

- Enter credit card information on the field.

Direct Customers can make a booking even without creating an account.

Process:

  • Go to http://www.gitpackage.com/ to make a booking.
  • Click on PACKAGES  to view all the list of packages offer by Gitpackage.
  • Select a package you want to book.
  • Fill in online form booking
  • Once booking is done, notification ‘Your booking be sent. We will check and confirm it soon.’
  • An email with be sent to you containing a login and password for you to be able to access Gitpackage site and monitor your booking.
  • Once booking is confirmed by Gitpackage admin, an email notification will be sent to you.

It is very important to input a valid email address and other important details upon filling online booking form.
